The counter of arbitrage ties is the number of arbitrage transactions that you can make.
With an active arbitration system, each time you withdraw funds from the exchange, the counter will decrease by one unit.
The number of arbitrage links determines the number of orders that the trader will specify when activating the arbitration system.
The more you specify the number of orders, the smaller the arbitrage order volume for external trading, and vice versa.
Every time you make an arbitrage trade, the counter decreases by one.
When the counter reaches 0, then for further external arbitrage trading, it is necessary to restart the arbitration system by stopping and re-activating it.
